Feelings with Friends

Description: This in-centre activity provides a safe and engaging space for participants to explore emotions, understand how actions impact feelings, and develop strategies for managing difficult emotions. Through guided discussions, interactive exercises, and creative expression, participants will practice identifying and expressing emotions while building empathy and self-regulation skills. Group activities will encourage social connection and help foster a deeper understanding of emotions in both themselves and others.
